CHURN‘N’BURN TRI SUPERSPRINT 2

The second of four Supersprint tri’s in the UberFit Events C 'n' B series is a full-on blast that will, quite literally, take your breath away. The friendly atmosphere will motivate the first timer, whilst the fast course and short distances presents an excellent test for the seasoned Pro. At the end of the series, because you’re worth it, there’ll be great prizes that includes £150, £100 and £50 for first, second and third female / male competitors. This limited entry tri series involves challenging, fast courses at two lovely venues with all the razzmatazz of a time trial bike race.

Relay Teams
If you struggle with the idea of doing all three disciplines in one go then why not get a couple of mates together and do a relay. Each person will do either a swim or a bike or a run leg. A team can be made up of any combination of gender, mixed or single sex.

The Course

The Swim
A straight-forward plough down the Lake taking in the Nature. http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1749860

The Bike
A delicious anti clockwise three-looper course through Kenworthy Wood and on fast trails adjoining the River Mersey with some challenging little hills and various technical bits to keep you on the ball. http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1749815

The Run
A fast, flat run around the Water Park on wide paths with a muddy nature ramble at one end and a log leap to rejoin the main path. http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1759228

Points mean prizes!
There is a points system for each event that awards the following:
1st place = 20 points
2nd place = 19 points
3rd place = 18 points
…all the way down to 20th place=1 point. At the end of the race season we'll be dishing out prizes to the top 3 female and male series winners.
