What you said

"The swim was great - fact! The amended bike course proved to be a great challenge and definitely separated the men from the boys on the hilly bits!  I would like to particularly commend the young guys who were marshals as I thought they were absolutely brilliant!  The run course was ace - I love anything with a few challenging hills thrown in for fun :-)"

"Just wanted to say thanks for a great event, really well organised. Thanks to your marshals too, they were all really encouraging throughout the race, much appreciated. That was my first and it won't be my last, see you next year!"
